What is the delivery time?

The delivery process consists of two phases:

• Processing time:
  Within one business day after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. Your package will then be prepared for shipment.

• Delivery time:

  • Sweden: 8-14 business days
  • Norway: 8-14 business days

The shipping is handled by UPS canada.

All delivery times exclude possible customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delays may occur.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer our customers free premium shipping worldwide, which includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, shipments may be sent in multiple separate deliveries.
