Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their trade, business, or professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:

  • You, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items in a single order and they are delivered together.
  • You, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the last item if multiple goods in a single order are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract via email at: support@shefusion.com

You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period expires.


Consequences of Withdrawal

  1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.

  2. We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

  3. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.

  4. You must return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

  5. You will be responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the goods.

  6. You are only required to pay for any depreciation of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.


Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • The supply of non-prefabricated goods that have been custom-made according to the consumer’s individual selection or specifications, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
  • The supply of perishable goods or items with a short expiration date.
  • The supply of alcoholic beverages, whose price was agreed upon in the contract and which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value is subject to market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control.
  • The supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts regarding:

  • The delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
  • The delivery of goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.
  • The delivery of audio and video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal was removed after delivery.
