Delivery takes 5-10 business days.

It can happen that you accidentally enter the wrong address. If this happens, we ask you to contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your package has not yet been shipped, we can still adjust the address for you.

Please note: If a package is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible. If the package is returned to us, we can resend it to you. However, the shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Return Policy

To return items, certain return conditions must be met. If a return does not comply with these conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept it. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind and try on items carefully.

We apply the following return conditions:

• The item must be registered for return via our return portal and shipped within 30 days of receipt.
• We do not accept items with (makeup) stains or unusual odors.
• We do not accept items that have been worn or used.
• Items must be returned in their original condition (with all tags and labels) and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return that is not registered and returned within 30 days of receipt, regardless of the reason.

We're sorry that you received the wrong item. That’s of course not supposed to happen.

Please contact our customer service so we can resolve this as quickly as possible. Provide your order number and send a photo of the wrong item along with the packing slip. We will make sure to correct the mistake and send you the right item as soon as possible!

Warranty Policy

If an item becomes defective within 30 days, you have the right to receive a new item or a refund of the purchase amount.

The following issues are not covered under our warranty:

• General wear and tear
• Damage from water, drops, or impact
• Discoloration due to use
• Damage caused by negligence
• Damage after washing or ironing
• Allergic reactions to fabrics or materials
• Items with glitter, sequins, or satin

We recommend washing cotton items in the washing machine on a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C.

Please note that cotton may shrink slightly the first time you wash it. Gently shake out the wrinkles after washing and let the item air dry.

We recommend washing polyester items in the washing machine at a maximum temperature of 40°C.

For best results, let the item air dry to reduce wrinkles, so ironing is usually not needed. If you do wish to iron the item, use a low temperature setting.

We recommend hand washing linen items and letting them air dry.

If you choose to machine wash, use a maximum temperature of 30°C. Linen may shrink slightly, but you can gently iron it after washing to restore its shape.

We recommend hand washing items with glitters, sequins, studs, pearls, or rhinestones inside out to prevent them from coming loose. Let these items air dry.

If you wish to iron an item with glitters, sequins, studs, pearls, or rhinestones, do so carefully, inside out, and at a low temperature.

We provide washing tips to help extend the lifespan of your items so you can enjoy your favorite pieces even longer. Always check the care label on the item for the correct washing instructions.
